GPS satellites always present in the sky, sends location, speed and direction of vehicle to the HSI unit hidden in the vehicle.

The HSI unit consists of a GPS receiver and cell phone. When called by the parent the system retrieves the GPS data and sends it into the cell phone network.

The cell phone network forwards the alert or location info on to your email, computer browser or cell phone.

Using your browser you can set geofence boundaries (how far a car can travel from a specified location) and speeding alerts as well as determine exactly where the car is.
